2. Products

ALHO Photo Ltd. offers fine art photographic prints, framed artworks, and limited edition pieces. All products are produced individually and made to order.

Due to differences in screen displays and production processes, slight variations in colour and finish may occur. Minor tolerances in size and weight are possible.

3. Limited Editions

Certain artworks are offered as limited editions. Each limited edition print is produced in a strictly limited quantity. Once an edition is sold out, no further prints will be produced in that size and format.

Purchasing a limited edition print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

ALHO Photo Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

For customers outside the United Kingdom, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6. Production, Shipping & Delivery

All artworks are produced individually upon order. Production times typically range between 7–14 working days, depending on the selected print and framing option.

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Under UK consumer law, customers may normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. However, this right does not apply to custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised items.

As all prints and framed artworks are produced to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, artworks, text, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of ALHO Photo Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws.

Purchasing a print does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the image.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALHO Photo Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Force Majeure

ALHO Photo Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
